Chaffee Trail Elementary's fall festival is Nov. 3 and we are in need of student volunteers to help assist us at booths and with parking and keeping the areas tidy during the event. I am the volunteer coordinator and we will sign each form at the end of the night.

1. The freshman application deadline has been extended to November 15. 2. In support of Florida Governor Rick Scott's commitment to help the residents of Puerto Rico affected by Hurricane Maria, the freshman application fee will be waived for students from Puerto Rico as well as students from the U.S. Virgin Islands. Students from these two U.S territories can contact us by email, [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> to request the waiver. In addition, we will continue to work with students affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma on a case- by-case basis for any challenges they are still facing. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have additional questions. 3. The University of Florida Welcome Center will be closed on Thursday, October 19.
